  1. Some extraordinary research has found that couples who are in love and bond in a romantic relationship synchronize their heart rates after gazing into each others’ eyes for three minutes.

It is a common myth that dogs can only see in black and white but they can actually see colours just not as vividly as humans.They only have two cones in their eyes to detect colours, whereas humans have three. That means dogs see colours on a blue and yellow scale but cannot distinguish between red and green. Dogs DO have better low-light vision than humans because of a special light-reflecting layer behind their retinas.
  3. Russia, the world’s 9th largest country by population, only contributes to 9% of Europe’s digital games market revenue . Of those who do play games in Russia, 60% access via the internet.
  4. Auroras very beautiful and sometimes weird. The atmosphere is responsible for auroras that occur when solar wind particles hit atoms in the upper atmosphere of the Earth, thereby creating beautiful views of light. Red and blue auroras are created by the excitation of nitrogen atoms, whereas green auroras and brownish-red auroras are from the excitation of oxygen.

Light pink suggests desire, passion, and energy; dark pink suggests gratitude. Yellow roses can mean friendship or jealousy. A lavender or thornless rose can mean love at first sight. White roses mean virtue or devotion. Some roses even combine colors to created more complicated meanings.

  24. The longest mountain range on Earth is actually underwater. It is called the mid ocean ridge system. It stretches for 80,000 km all around the world and is nearly 20 times longer than the longest range on the surface, the Andes Mountains. Not only that, the whole thing is completely volcanic.
  25. Uranus’s moon Miranda is the weirdest moon of all. It seems to have been blasted apart, and then put together again.
